We are seeking a Registered Psychologist, Registered Provisional Psychologist, Certified Clinical Counsellor, or Registered Social Worker (RSW) to join our collegial team as a private practice contractor. We offer flexible room rental opportunities as well as virtual session options.

At Open-Minded Service Centre Inc., we prioritize a relational, client-focused, and trauma-informed approach to all the work we do. We assign new intakes based on the unique needs, preferences, and availability of both clients and therapists, ensuring a good match for everyone. Our practice integrates both psychological and spiritual approaches to healing, and we are looking for a team member who can work inclusively and sensitively with individuals of all faiths and spiritual orientations.

We operate using a sliding scale fee system, which helps reduce financial barriers and ensures that clients can access the support they need at an affordable rate.
